Kristen was absolutely amazing. From the first day I contacted her to the day we closed she was helpful with any questions or concerns I had. She explained everything very well I never had to question what she meant when explaining something. She would keep me updated through the weeks letting me know where we were in the process and what was still needing done. Truly amazing.

My husband and I just closed on 3 homes. 2 with FBC and 1 with Arvest bank. The difference in customer service with Kristen was great. The simple fact that Kristen always answers her phone or calls you back very quickly means a lot to the customer. She is also very prompt with replying to emails and questions. Kristen does a great job making the customer feel like their closing is important and not just another number to slide through. She also did a great job fielding information when underwriting was asking for duplicates to be submitted 2 and 3 times. I have recommended Kristen to other people.

Kristen Martin went above and beyond to get my file to the closing table after two loan officers failed. She handled everything on a timely manner and went above and beyond what was expected of her to get us to closing as quickly as she did. We missed the closing date by a few days but not because of anything she did.

I cannot say enough good things about FBC and Kristen Martin!! We started working with Kristen in July of 2019 when we first started looking into buying a home! She was beyond amazing and bent over backwards for us! It took awhile until we found the perfect forever home for us but she stayed patient and SO incredibly helpful!! Kristen was just perfect! I am a first time home buyer, I have to know everything about what's happening with my money (reasonably neurotic) and she just stay calm. She explained everything, everything happened almost exactly as she explained it. She even handled my parents! She was really a port in a storm (or lighthouse maybe). I also appreciated the videos, the expeditious treatment, I mean, we closed in less than 30 days I think and I've never had a home loan before! And this was all during the Corona Virus.

I came to Kristen trying to find a way to get a house with a payment within a certain range. Kristen looked into our situation and found something that was perfect for me. When we did find a house she excelled in helping us complete a three week close due to an impending baby. We now have a house to take our baby home too and I owe it to Kristen!

Kristen was very helpful, enthusiastic, and personable throughout the beginning and middle of the process. Toward the end, when it was getting more stressful for me due to trying to make sure I was meeting all timelines, she seemed to disappear. I had to reach out to her to ask questions I could only guess at. Was not prepared when finding a title company in Ohio which delayed the closing a couple of days. Not a big deal in the larger scheme of things, but still stressful for a first time home buyer, out of state purchaser and senior citizen. I have not been informed as to when and how I will be receiving final documents. Other than this review, FBC has fallen off the face of the earth when it comes to keeping me informed.

Kristen is amazing. We had originaly looked at buying a diffrent home. She saves us from making a big mistake. She took the time to find out our needs and get us into the perfect home.
