As a professional Angel Investor, I don't fit the income profile of the conventional mortgage applicant. Kirk and his team masterfully transposed my financial scenario such that it could be understood and properly considered by the lender/underwriters. No small task, but absolutely critical to successfully underwriting and funding the refinance in this case. Sincerely appreciate the professionalism, experience, knowledge and creativity of Kirk and the Peak team.
