It had been a good amount of years since we pursued a loan for a new house. To say we were stressed out from the beginning would be an understatement. When we found our new home we found we needed to change to Jet Mortgage to take advantage of an offer from the builder. Our stress level soared. And then we met Katie McClintic. She was so kind and patient - answered all of our questions and was unbelievably responsive!! She gently took charge and with that lowered our stress level by at least 80%. Even on our closing date she was immediately at the other end of the phone to help us when there was a glitch in wiring the down payment monies. No horror stories here - we began moving our stored property the day after closing and now are enjoying our beautiful new home. I’m sure that other lenders could have walked us through the same process, but I’m equally certain that none could have made us laugh, understand the process and made us feel like we had made a friend in the process.
