From the engagement till closer of the loan our experience w/Joseph was very bad. I never experience polite conversation. i understand he knows in and out of loan process and me as a customer would prefer to get as much information as needed. Our request to reconsider loan points or processing was outrightly denied. The reason he stated was we didnt have another quote for different lender. His verbal communication is pretty rude lacks customer service.
I had a good customer support with Christian. he was very helpful and responsible during his interaction.
