Where do I begin? At closing my financing was pulled because my lender had information wrong regarding the sale of my previous home, which wasn’t being sold. Not only did they fail to tell me I couldn’t have 2 FHA loans, I also wasn’t told my current (soon to be ex) wife was required to be on the title, and at closing, until the day before. Up until then everything was great. I was so happy to start a new life for me and my two kids. Imagine how it felt as a father to have to go home to your kids and tell them you lied to them and wouldn’t be buying a new home. We are absolutely heartbroken.

I found our personal situation very stressful and I know buying a home is a nightmare for most ..i found the papers and documents needed for this particular closing were very difficult and almost too much to deal with...the closing was missing papers and had to wait for (seemed forever at a very hot closing office..little or both ac) waiting for documents that should have been there...I left in tears and so was my mom...we are in our new home now and I guess its like a child...when u give birth u say u wont do it again but maybe 20 years from now when I am too old to forget how awful it was...lol
Me and my mom are happy home owners and thanks to jennifer and her hustle and my determination to find documents we have the home of our dreams...thank u jennifer...

Jennifer was easy to work with although I found the entire process to confusing. I'm a real estate broker who has been active in residential sales for almost 25 years. I found the process today to be absurdly complicated and some of the demands to be ridiculous. The seemingly neverending demand for "just one more' document" nearly drove us crazy. There also seemed to be too many "fingers in the pie" and I never quite knew who I was dealing with. First it was Jennifer then it was Lucy then it was someone else. Then it was the "platform" with demands to log in a sign documents or provide documents which weren't available but no way to tell it that. There also was never a comprehensive explanation of the entire process or introduction to who the closing/title company was. All of sudden I started getting emails from another person who didn't bother to introduce herself, just me an email wanting to know when closing was supposed to be. The closer we got to closing the more confusing the whole process became. Jennifer was invariably pleasant and helpful but not always available. When Lucy suddenly appeared I had no idea who she was. There shouild have been a document with everybody's name, who they were, what their function was and my expectation would be to complete the process.

Jennifer went above and beyond to assist with my loan. I was having difficulties with the seller and Jennifer took the time to explain everything in full detail to seller and made sure she understood everything. This was a loan without a realtor per the seller request. I didn’t have the greatest credit score eitherJennifer is very nice professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Jennifer and the FBC mortgage again and recommend her to everyone .

This was the second time using Jennifer Collins and both experiences were wonderful. Communication was great, we closed on time and overall experience was top notch. Would definitely recommend Jennifer and look forward to using her for our next home purchase.
