This lender will lie to you about the way your payments are posted to your account. When you have life & disability insurance through them they will not post the payment for the insurance like they should then they want you to pay the premiums again to reinstate the policies even though you have proven that the payments were made. They even go so far as to change your contract to suit them plus they will change your due date & you end up having to hire a attorney . We had done business with this company for years without any problems until they closed all of their offices & now it is a BIG MESS .
