From the first email exchange, the Jason was very helpful. Took time to explain what was going on and kept us up to date on the status of the loan and additional information as it was needed. Support staff was also right on target. Rates were competitive and the closing was a breeze.

The team at FBC was very helpful through the whole process. They explained the re-fi process for me and answered all the questions I had. Any time there were changes or actions necessary they were very quick to respond and keep the process moving. I much prefer working with a team that has that personal touch as opposed to some big company.
