She is bright,knowlegeable, articulate and a personality to go along with all these terrific attributes. I ,truthfully, have never dealt with anyone in business dealings that could exceed her professionalism and follow-up and follow-through. No matter when I e-mailed her or called her, she was available to assist me within minutes. She always had the answers and the ability to make sure that I understood every phase of my re-fi. This was all new to me and her patience to explain it calmly and easily was just remarkable. She was like a friend, helping me through all the necessary steps to complete this process. She also did this all in a very quick period of time. The loan is complete. The monthly mortgage I am now paying is far less than my prior mortgage.
