The loan process was a breeze. The use of DocuSign made the process incredibly easy, especially since my wife and I could sign documents any time of day or night without printing or having to take time off our daily routine to sit down and sign together (trust me, with two kids and a full schedule, down time is for resting not going over documents.)

The loan was handled by my mortgage company and went very smoothly for me as the end consumer. I would recommend FBC's services to friends, family, and people looking for a buttoned up customer experience.
The closing went smoother than anticipated, as closings can get complicated. I think some of this was due in part to FBC's handling of the information and paperwork needed on that morning. Their offices being in FL were not and have not been an issue.
