Great experience. Keith, David and Sara at FBC Mortgage were awesome to work with. They were all friendly and professional and I couldn't have been happier with how I was treated or how fast they were able to process my loan. Even a holiday couldn't stop this goup from making my home buying experience as easy as possible. I will recommend this group to all my friends looking to purchase a home. 'I have recommended Keith Bice to my clients for the past 8 years. I tell my clients that all lenders are not equal and that Keith has the experience and knowledge to get them to closing on time and as promised. My favorite things about working with Keith are that he responds to phone calls, texts and emails timely; he has a great support staff that works diligently behind the scenes to expedite all the paperwork and he thinks outside the box, getting loans to closing that other lenders cannot.
