Everything from the beginning was very simple.Fargo informed me of everything needed for approval and explained the process accordingly. Overall everything was great and I was able to close on time! 🤗

The poorest customer service ever received. The officer has never reached out to borrower to inform me of any new changes to the interest rate in accordance to the market price. He has never highlighted the advantages a borrower might face nor the disadvantages of the loan. He left me in limbo either intentionally to take advantage of my inexperience. I have to do my own research on the market interest rate.

Fargo was great from beginning to end, answered any questions or concerns I had throughout the whole process... even when it was a builder's issue.

Everything was so quick and easy with FBC! Fargo was able to get everything I needed, a great interest rate and a great monthly payment! Everyone was so friendly and was willing to answer all of my questions! It seemed I was their only client, and I know that’s not the case!
