Our experience with David Brink and Crysyal Britt was great. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. They helped with each phase of our loan. We never felt like they were not interested in helping us and was very patient with all of our questions and anxieties.

Overall I feel that the communication with the customers is poor. In the beginning we had a different loan officer and he did not do his job properly which pushed us back on getting our house. But because there was no communication I was unaware until we were 2-3 months in after the pre-approval process and I had to call the realtor to see if everything was going to go as planned. At that point I finally received a phone call from David. After that the communication was still poor. When I would have questions I feel like I was being brushed off and was not helped. I became very nervous about everything when the COVID pandemic hit because I was on furlough for 2 months. It seemed as we were irritating them because we were concerned and we were trying to get a good idea on possible numbers with the pre-approval we had done earlier. I never saw that information so I had to figure it out all on my own. Finally the week before/week of I started getting information but even then it was slim. The morning of my closing things still were not together all the way and we were sitting signing out closing documents and the money still was not there. In the end I am grateful it all worked out but I feel like a lot of stress I was going through could have been avoided if the communication was better

I wished that there were better communication. I was a first time buyer, and it was not a smooth journey.

David and Team thanks to all your hard WORK we are now happily in our new Home! After several years of renting and having a Bankruptcy that included our prior home. We were finally able to obtain our dream home to raise our kids in. David and team were extremely knowledgeable about our situation and even went to explain every detail. David and team also were knowledgeable about explaining Cavirs and even went so far to call us during non working hours to ease our fears and concerns. Its also worth noting that they made sure to help locking in a rate that we were comfortable with! Not many Mortgage companies I know of will be okay with loosing some of their profits to ensure their client is happy. We locked in at a great rate!
