Craig was very helpful. The process was a bit stressful due to the lending company changing. However, Craig was able to keep the process moving.

my loan was difficult and time consuming, but I believe most of that was because the company was in transition right as my loan was being processed. however I believe that a checklist could easily be created for each loan type, with this checklist a borrower could be forewarned of any possible items they may have to have accomplished or completed, While I’m sure that all loans are different and that not all items are necessary for every loan, if I had a checklist, then I could have been prepared in advance with any possible items necessary, and that would have prevented a lot of unnecessary last minute scrambling for items that I could have easily gathered well in advance.
