We did not like the way it was unorganized. Once oyr loan went to under writing it was complete chaos! We turned in EVERYTHING we was asked to turn in and the day we was scheduled to close with an app time under writing threatened to push our date back 20 days because of a paper i gave her 3 weeks prior she the decided it wasnt good enough. We didnt get to close on our scheduled date but 4 days later. Cherrie Muzaffar was great through this experience!
