The only challenges we had were request for last minute documents. A couple of documents were completely unnecessary.

Mr. Sapia and the FBC team were fantastic. The communication between lender, customer and agent was constant and helpful. Mr. Sapia was professional but personable and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and closed on time.
