Bill and his team were very helpful and informative throughout the mortgage process. Although our situation is a bit unique (I'm self employed and our closing was moved up almost a week), the FBC team was diligent in keeping us informed of the status of our mortgage and working with us to achieve our closing. I can't imagine another lender providing us with the level of service the FBC did.

In my opinion obtaining a mortgage can be stressful, but Bill and Pamela Keller our loan processor were fantastic. I was kept up to date on the status of my loan at all times. When additional documentation was required, it was explained thoroughly and all questions answered.
