When we originally purchased our home 7 years ago a friend referred us to Barbara. We had to close in a shorter than normal time frame and I remember the process being easy and painless. Our recent refinance was no different. Communication was excellent. The one problem that came up was due to our bank, everything else was smooth. We’ve already recommended her to two relatives.

My refinance process went very well. My loan officer was phenomenal. She explained the process and was very communicative and responsive throughout it. Generally speaking the process went smoothly and the loan closing was a day earlier than she had originally predicted.
