I talked to several banks local and national when I started looking for new house. Everyone I talked with denied our pre-approval due to some stupid reasons. I worked with Avni for my refinance. She is highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She explained me whenever I had queries about charges on the worksheets. Avni communicated very well and was very honest from beginning. I also worked with Laura A as part of my closing and she was easy to work with. Only thing FBC can improve on is regular status updates while the underwriter is working on your loan would be great help to consumers. There was a period of about 10 days where there were no updates. I wasn't too worried but its good to know where you stand with your loan. I used to reach out to Avni and she would find out for me so it worked very well. All in all, it was easy refinance.
