Andy and his assistant Emily took great care of me. They made the homebuying experience a memorable one. This is the second home loan that I've gotten with FBC, and it certainly will not be the last!

I have to say that Andy Bottner was awesome! He was always quick to answer our questions and help us work out our unique situation. His advice was always welcome and he saved us a small fortune in PMI! I couldn't ask for a better loan officer. That said, our builder cringed when we told them we were using FBC. Their experience has always been that FBC is "slow." I can't speak to that too much because how can I determine if the issues are with the builder supplying info to the lender or the lender dragging their feet? Maybe the builder just doesn't use this lender enough to be familiar with their process. Sure, we had some issues and delays, but I've never had a closing that didn't. In my experience, the closing process is always frustrating to the buyer and can never happen quick enough. I have to say though, they always communicated well and when there was a delay we knew why. I'm quite pleased with the end result!

Andrew was very helpful. Andrew had to help mediate with Sandy who is apparently awful at her job. I would recommend that she is fired or moved to another department. I do not think that any customer should have to deal with giving the same information multiple times. We supplied all information on a same day turn around or following morning. We were 3 months late closing on our loan because of her. This also lead to an increase in building cost because our contract had expired with our builder.

Working with Andy was an extremely pleasant experience. He worked with us through pre-qual process and coming up with different options for our loan. My wife and I are both self-employed, so it was not a straightforward process. We met all of our deadlines for the loan and we were able to close on time with all conditions met and our closing costs were even a little lower than expected. Couldn't have been happier, thanks again Andy.

Your company forcing me to buy 85,000.00 worth of content insurance is totally insane. You cant get 85,000.00 worth of contents in a 820 ft condo. I believe this is totally absurd to make me pay double what I had been paying for my other condo. But having no choice, I bought what you said I had to in order for me to be able to close. You can bet your bottom dollar I will never do business with your company again and will never recommend you to anyone. Andy Bottner was great to deal with, but he had no control over the Insurance. So in closing, I am not happy at all except for Andy.

I am very pleased with the services that I received from Andy Bottner the Senior Loan Officer at FBC as well as, Cristin Purgeson (Loan Coordinator) and Shayla Brown (Processor). The entire experience was professional, and they all made the process stress free while reaching each benchmark. I will definately recommend FBC to friends, family and co-workers.

I had a good experience from the pre-approval process through closing. I made the offer at around 8 PM, the realtor emailed the officer for a pre-approval letter and it was returned within half an hour, allowing the offer to go through first thing. Because I was a first-time home buyer, I had what I felt were a great deal of questions. The loan officer was always prompt in returning my phone calls and being patient with me. He was clear in detailing all of the paperwork necessary to complete the process. My phone calls and emails were always promptly returned.

Andy explained things thoroughly throughout the process and kept us appraised at each step of the process. Minimized any stress on our part and even attended the closing to ensure that everything went smoothly. He also offered to help our son who is buying a new home and said he would be happy to review paperwork from builder's lender at no charge to make show our son was getting the best deal possible. A true professional and nice person to boot.
