We are first time home buyers, and the experience with FBC was almost painless :-). I say almost, because of all the information they are required to collect multiple times. Other than that, everything else was a breeze. Also, Ana was very pleasant to work with, and definitely patient.

wanted the deed in the name of my trust, they wouldnt do it for me ,said it would take too long & too much xtra work, also i didnt want to have escrow acct for taxes & home ins.. 3 times they put escrow accts in the paperwork, even tho i told them repeatedly not too. i had a substantial down payment ( 60%) finally they got it right
